Lipid Nutrition, St. Louis, MO, has become an independent entity from its parent company, Loders Croklaan Group (subsidiary of IOI Corporation Berhad, Malaysia). This allows Lipid Nutrition to become a private limited liability company (B.V.). This will enable Lipid to build on Loders Croklaan’s century of experience in fats and oils even further and launch products to market in a stronger, more effective way.
